President Obama has announced today that official U.S. policy toward Israel is to return its land to the Palestinians before the 1967 war. This was a war in which Israel took preventative measures to protect itself against imminent invasion from Syria, Jordan, Iraq and Egypt.
Obama’s announcement comes only a week after Palestinians — with Syria’s encouragement — tried to storm Israel’s borders. It comes only one day before Israel’s Prime Minister comes to visit Obama — a slap in the face of Benjamin Netanyahu — and of our one ally in the Middle East.
Obama has done a similar thing on several occasions with our number one ally in the world — England — callling instead France our closest ally.
President Obama knows this policy will embolden terrorists to attack Israel. He also knows the facts about the land dispute: First, the Palestinians and Arabs have rejected every single offer Israel has given them to trade “land for peace” since before the “Six-Day War” in 1967 — dating back to 1948.
Second, the Palestinians have never had a “State” in what is the land of Israel. Third, this land was divided up by the Balfour Declaration in 1917, offering Arabs and Palestinans territory and Israel territory — and both the Arabs and Palestinians rejected it.
The solution from the Arabs? To drive out hundreds of thousands of Arab “moderates” in 1948 when the United Nations voted to give Israel its land and bring war between radical Arabs and the Jews.
Finally, neither the Palestinians nor the Arabs recognize Israel’s right to exist as a nation — a fact that they state publicly and repeatedly. Worse: they publicly declare their intent to destroy Israel by whatever means necessary.
President Obama knows all of this. His actions are hostile to Israel and reprehensible.

I definitely agree with you, though this was written a year ago! I am very concerned for Israel, and they are in my prayers!
